Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver results in off-trade sales, achieving key financial targets including NSV, Gross Margin, and profitability.
• Manage territory and channel performance on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure delivery of volume and value budgets.
• Execute marketing activities, promotions, and visibility activations in line with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Ensure brand availability and excellence in execution through regular field visits and partnership with distributors.
• Analyze sales data and competitor trends to prepare reports and recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of the Thane region.
• Proven experience in field sales.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled communicator with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work with an entrepreneurial, "founder" mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Spirits or Beverage industry.
• Proficiency in English and local language skills.
