Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently manage, advise, and develop customers within the retail, beverage market, and cash & carry channels
• Ensure optimal distribution, availability, and shelf placement for all brands
• Plan and implement secondary placements, promotions, and brand activations
• Manage and support promotional measures to drive sustainable sales growth
• Actively participate in trade-specific tenders, auctions, and industry trade fairs
• Continuously optimize territory management based on priorities, data, and clear objectives
• Maintain reporting and manage administrative tasks independently

Requirements

• Completed degree or commercial training with relevant sales experience
• Experience in the FMCG sector and retail environments is preferred
• Strong sales skills, organizational ability, and a results-oriented mindset
• High level of personal responsibility, persuasiveness, and enthusiasm
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English
• Valid Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel
