Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently manage, advise, and develop customers within the retail (LEH), beverage market (GAM), and Cash & Carry (C&C) channels.
• Ensure optimal distribution, availability, and shelf placement for all brands.
• Plan and implement secondary placements, promotions, and brand activations.
• Manage and support promotional measures to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Actively participate in trade-specific tenders, auctions, and industry trade fairs.
• Continuously optimize territory management based on priorities, data, and clear objectives.
• Maintain reporting and manage administrative tasks independently.

Requirements

• Completed degree or commercial training with relevant sales experience.
• Experience in the FMCG sector and retail environments is preferred.
• Strong sales skills, organizational ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
• Valid Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and persuasion.
