Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets and market share growth within the assigned territory
• Develop and implement strategic plans to target existing and new accounts
• Manage territory records, field inventory, and expenses effectively
• Deliver product presentations and train medical staff on products and procedures
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and clinical staff
• Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, Sunshine Act, and AdvaMed regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of medical sales experience
• Operating Room sales experience
• Must reside within the specified territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Orthopedic medical device experience
