Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop Salomon winter sports equipment sales within the Polish market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners
• Acquire new customers and expand the existing distribution network
• Present collections, conduct product training, and support product display/merchandising
• Monitor market trends and the sports industry landscape
• Analyze and report sales results

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (experience in the sports or ski industry is a significant advantage)
• Strong knowledge of the Polish sports market
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (minimum communicative level)
• Passion for winter sports (skiing or snowboarding is a must)
• Valid Category B driving license and readiness for frequent business travel
• Must operate via a B2B business model (own business activity) and have access to a car
