About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year
  • Build the brand within the defined hospital network zone
  • Maintain strong relationships with doctors and customers
  • Identify hiring needs, select, and train new executives
  • Forecast daily MIS on product performance across all branches
  • Prepare sales reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage reconciliation with the hospital

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience
  • Strong sales experience in B2C services (BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards)
  • Analytical skills with a focus on data analysis
  • Team management experience
  • Expertise in retention and attrition control
