Adaptive is building a new kind of home health company that uses technology to remove the administrative burden from the industry. By automating back-office tasks like scheduling, documentation, and billing, we allow clinicians to focus on patient care, resulting in better margins and higher pay for providers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined territory with a focus on high-value referral sources
  • Manage a personal book of 20-30 key accounts while coaching 2-5 sales reps
  • Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and facility leadership
  • Develop reps through weekly 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews
  • Drive measurable QoQ admission growth as the primary success metric
  • Execute data-driven territory plans and report performance to the Regional Sales Manager

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in home health sales with a proven track record of hitting quota
  • 1-2 years in a player-coach, team lead, or sales management role
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with facility-level decision-makers
  • Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Home health or hospice sales experience with proven referral network development
  • Experience recruiting or screening sales talent
  • Existing relationships with facilities in Texas metros
  • Track record of mentoring junior reps into top performers
