About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of flexible workspace locations
- Nurture prospective customers through the sales process using qualified leads
- Conduct high-quality in-person and virtual tours of workspace products
- Manage the sales pipeline meticulously to ensure efficient prospect movement through the funnel
- Handle the renewals process for existing customers to maintain low churn rates
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and onsite teams to close sales
- Devise creative ways to drive sales through marketing campaigns or strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Must live in either Dallas or Houston
- Experience in face-to-face sales and conducting tours
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
- Goal-oriented and resilient mindset
- Ability to work in an in-person capacity
