About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of flexible workspace locations
  • Nurture prospective customers through the sales process using qualified leads
  • Conduct high-quality in-person and virtual tours of workspace products
  • Manage the sales pipeline meticulously to ensure efficient prospect movement through the funnel
  • Handle the renewals process for existing customers to maintain low churn rates
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and onsite teams to close sales
  • Devise creative ways to drive sales through marketing campaigns or strategic partnerships

Requirements

  • Must live in either Dallas or Houston
  • Experience in face-to-face sales and conducting tours
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
  • Goal-oriented and resilient mindset
  • Ability to work in an in-person capacity
