Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of flexible workspace locations
- Nurture prospective customers through the sales process from lead to close
- Conduct high-quality in-person and virtual tours of workspace locations
- Manage the sales pipeline meticulously to ensure efficient follow-ups
- Handle the renewals process for existing customers to maintain low churn
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and onsite teams
- Devise creative ways to drive sales through marketing campaigns or strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in face-to-face sales and conducting tours
- Strong organizational skills for pipeline management
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
- Goal-oriented and resilient mindset
- Ability to work in person in Houston or Dallas
