Responsibilities

  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of flexible workspace locations
  • Nurture prospective customers through the sales process using qualified leads
  • Conduct high-quality in-person and virtual tours of workspace products
  • Manage the sales pipeline meticulously to ensure efficient conversion
  • Handle the renewals process for existing customers to maintain low churn
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and onsite teams to close deals
  • Devise creative ways to drive sales through marketing campaigns or strategic partnerships

Requirements

  • Experience in face-to-face sales and conducting tours
  • Strong pipeline management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
  • Goal-oriented and resilient mindset
  • Ability to work in person at specific locations in Los Angeles or Palo Alto
