Area Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Increase sales within the North West region through both National and Independent Merchants
• Manage a select portfolio of independent merchant accounts through proactive relationship building
• Utilize CRM and customer profiling to develop effective account plans and prioritize activities
• Deliver training plans and product demonstrations to support regional sales objectives
• Promote the technical benefits of the ROCKWOOL product range to external sales teams and contractors
• Represent the brand at local events, trade days, exhibitions, and regional meetings
• Manage project pricing and follow up on leads generated from technical and trade advertising
• Support stock availability in branches through various incentives

Requirements

• Proven experience in the builders' merchant and/or insulation market
• Strong professional written and spoken English with confident presentation skills
• Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
• Self-driven and highly organized with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify needs and propose suitable solutions
• Ability to adapt communication styles to influence buying decisions and solve problems
