Area Sales Executive - On trade

Responsibilities

• Deliver on key financial targets including NSV, Gross Margin, and ROI
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key customers and distributors in the Pune region
• Execute brand activations and advocacy sessions to increase brand visibility in premium establishments
• Implement annual price increases and optimize promotional plans through ROI strategy
• Drive sales through effective occasion-based price pack architecture and channel mix optimization
• Provide market insights to help shape territory channel and portfolio strategies

Requirements

• Commercial experience in the beverages, FMCG, or alcohol-bev industry
• Proven experience in on-premises (on-trade) sales
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage budgets, price plans, and sales strategies based on consumer insights

• Experience within the Drinks and Lifestyle category
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
