About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a product ambassador for Haleon's leading brands to drive sales and market share
- Manage regional accounts in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAM) regarding JBP, TOT, and P&L
- Drive business objectives including visibility scorecards and category growth
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 promoters and merchandisers within the assigned geography
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and regional contact points
- Ensure 100% compliance with Modern Trade SOPs and Haleon Ways of Working
- Execute in-store promotions and product launches to increase shopper awareness
Requirements
- MBA in General Management or Business Management
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Executive (ASE) or Key Dealer Executive (KDE) in Modern Trade
- Specialization in Marketing or Sales
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and executing excellence
