About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a product ambassador for Haleon's leading brands to drive sales and market share
  • Manage regional accounts in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAM) regarding JBP, TOT, and P&L
  • Drive business objectives including visibility scorecards and category growth
  • Lead and manage a team of 8-10 promoters and merchandisers within the assigned geography
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and regional contact points
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Modern Trade SOPs and Haleon Ways of Working
  • Execute in-store promotions and product launches to increase shopper awareness

Requirements

  • MBA in General Management or Business Management
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Executive (ASE) or Key Dealer Executive (KDE) in Modern Trade
  • Specialization in Marketing or Sales
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and executing excellence
