Area Sales Executive - DT

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the distributor segment in the assigned area
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the distributor channel
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential accounts
• Ensure efficient product distribution to modern trade outlets and optimize in-store visibility
• Plan and execute promotional activities and merchandising campaigns in collaboration with marketing
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments to align business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Area Sales Executive or similar role in FMCG or consumer goods
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and retail environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets in competitive markets
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required
