Area Sales Executive - CSD

Responsibilities

• Deliver on key financial targets including NSV, Gross Margin, profitability, and ROI
• Develop and manage the sales plan for the territory based on commercial priorities and the Integrated Activity Plan
• Build and manage long-term relationships with customers and distributors to ensure excellence in execution
• Monitor and guide frontline sales team members on performance and relationship management
• Create short-term and long-term sales strategies based on consumer insights and market understanding
• Manage regional budgets, price plans, and liaison with Excise as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership roles with responsibility for strategic decision-making
• Experience in the FMCG, beverage, or alcohol-beverage industry
• Strong proficiency in handling financial aspects including P&L accountability and budget management
• Extensive field sales experience and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to optimize brand-pack-channel mix to drive volume and market share

• Experience within the Drinks and Lifestyle category
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and build diverse teams
