Area Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Deliver on key financial targets including NSV, Gross Margin, profitability, and ROI
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with customers and distributors in the Kota region
• Execute occasion-based price pack architecture and implement annual price increases effectively
• Optimize promotional plans through the implementation of ROI strategies and goals
• Build short-term and long-term sales strategies based on consumer insights and market understanding
• Ensure excellence in execution by delivering on "Pictures of Success" targets and completing surveys
• Communicate regularly with customers to resolve operational issues and seek product improvement inputs

Requirements

• Commercial experience in the beverages, FMCG, or alcohol-bev industry
• Proven experience in on-premises sales
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, price plans, and trade receivables
• Pro-active, goal-oriented, and resilient mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
