About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver results in sales excellence and achieve key financial targets including NSV, Gross Margin, and ROI
- Manage territory and channel performance to ensure delivery of volume and value budgets
- Implement marketing activities, promotions, and visibility activations in line with brand strategy
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers
- Ensure brand availability and monitor competitor trends to identify market improvements
- Collect and analyze sales data to prepare comprehensive reports for management
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales
- Strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of the local region
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and remain resilient under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Spirits or Beverage industry
- Proficiency in both English and the local language
