Area Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Sales Manager in ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency across multiple PUMA Shop-in-Shops (SIS).
• Track SIS-level KPIs and support staff in achieving sales targets through improved service and selling skills.
• Implement and audit Visual Merchandising (VM) standards, coordinating seasonal updates and product launches.
• Manage inventory by assisting with stock replenishment, stock counts, and shrinkage control.
• Conduct on-floor training for retail associates to reinforce product knowledge and customer service expectations.
• Analyze store performance and share actionable insights with area leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in retail operations.
• Proven experience in multi-store, SIS, LFR, or supervisory retail roles.
• Ability to travel daily or weekly across assigned stores in the designated region.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and peak retail seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business, Retail, or Marketing.
