About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a catalyst and partnership builder to enhance the well-being of children and their families.
  • Manage technical projects including community engagement, sponsorship, child protection, and inclusion of the most vulnerable children.
  • Oversee micro projects and integrate sponsorship initiatives within assigned communes.
  • Lead Humanitarian Emergency Affairs and Disaster Risk Reduction (HEA-DRR) efforts.
  • Advocate for the sustainable well-being of children, specifically focusing on the most vulnerable populations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Community Development, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation, preferably with international humanitarian organizations.
  • Full fluency in Vietnamese and intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid motorbike driving license.
  • Strong partnering and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Conceptual understanding of child-focused, community-based development approaches.
