About the role
Responsibilities
- Maximize marketing investment performance by ensuring spend delivers measurable ROI and commercial impact.
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing Directors to align brand and trade initiatives with procurement goals.
- Manage and optimize key agency relationships, specifically in Media Planning, Buying, and Creative services.
- Lead the measurement and optimization of A&P investments through performance tracking and value-driven category strategies.
- Oversee EMEAP A&P budgets, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and identifying opportunities for reinvestment.
- Drive cost optimization and TCO reductions through effective supplier management, negotiation, and benchmarking.
- Lead cross-functional projects and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline marketing procurement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
- Proven experience in marketing investment management and ROI measurement.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across diverse functions.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with SAP and/or Ariba.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience in process improvement.
- Proficiency in additional regional languages such as Arabic or French.
