Area Manager, Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic operations within receiving, shipping, storage, distribution, and logistics.
• Direct activities and provide coaching, guidance, and training to associates, leads, and supervisors.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, GMP, SQF, and PPE/hygiene policies and procedures.
• Manage warehouse functions to ensure high productivity, technical integrity, and cost minimization.
• Coordinate with senior management and other plant managers to maximize product reliability.
• Conduct internal audits, manage nonconformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and implement warehousing training programs and continuous improvement processes.
• Interact with procurement to ensure adequate supply of inventory and ingredients.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent related management work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Proven track record of success in a management role within technology-driven companies.
• Strong computer literacy for data input and information management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and develop large teams.
• Ability to work the specified shift: Thursday to Sunday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
