Responsibilities
- Lead a team of chefs, frontline staff, and support roles across your subregion
- Own menu quality, spec sheet adherence, and creative standards
- Manage budgets and spending for food, labor, and non-food items
- Build trust with on-site partners through consistent presence and proactive communication
- Execute special events such as tailgates, parent weekends, and holiday dinners
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and allergen standards
- Respond to staffing emergencies and operational needs
Requirements
- Experience running food service operations and leading teams
- Proficiency with budgets and cost management
- Proven track record of building partner relationships
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
