Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of chefs, frontline staff, and support roles across your subregion
• Own menu quality, spec sheet adherence, and creative standards
• Manage budget and spend including food, labor, and non-food items
• Build trust with on-site partners through consistent presence and proactive communication
• Execute special events such as tailgates, parent weekends, and holiday dinners
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and allergen standards
• Respond to staffing emergencies and operational needs

Requirements

• Experience running food service operations and leading teams
• Proficiency with budgets and cost management
• Track record of building partner relationships
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
