Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations and ensure operational excellence across project sites
• Build, mentor, and support high-performing teams focused on safety, productivity, and collaboration
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening client relationships
• Support regional growth strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Manage operational budgets and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with Indigenous communities and organizations to strengthen partnerships
• Represent Technica Mining professionally within the Saskatchewan and Manitoba mining sector

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of management and/or operations leadership experience in the mining industry
• Strong network within Saskatchewan’s mining sector
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and support business growth
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the potash and uranium sectors
• Experience working with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
• Post-secondary degree in engineering or business
