Area Manager, Service

Responsibilities

• Develop service business within the Xi'an region, including SA, SR, and SM segments
• Oversee all regional operations for the Xi'an area
• Lead and build the local service team, managing approximately 15 personnel
• Execute growth and development strategies established by headquarters
• Act as the primary point of contact for communication between the regional and global headquarters

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within the HVAC industry
• Proven experience managing teams of at least 10 people
• Bachelor's degree or higher
