About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of security guards in shifts
- Perform security checks of visitors, employees, and luggage
- Provide training for security guards
- Handle reporting and administrative tasks
- Ensure quality assurance and service delivery
- Act as the primary link between Securitas and the client (Oslo Tinghus)
Requirements
- Completed and approved security guard training (Vekterutdanning)
- Approved XRM exam
- Completed training for operating X-ray equipment and detector portals
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English (minimum B2 level)
- Satisfactory criminal record (per Lov om Vaktvirksomhet)
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and maintain professionalism
