Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and manage controllable expenses across a designated district of 5-7 stores
• Lead and develop Store Managers through coaching, recruitment, and talent assessment
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by articulating and implementing the company service model
• Oversee district operational activities, including in-store presentation and adherence to company policies
• Monitor financial reports and implement inventory management strategies to minimize shrink
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform local business strategies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in business, management, or merchandising
• Specialty retail or trade knowledge
• Proven expertise in inventory management and merchandising techniques
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to travel extensively and frequently, including overnights and weekends
• Ability to relocate if required
