Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and manage controllable expenses for a designated district of 5-7 stores.
• Lead and develop Store Managers through coaching, recruitment, and talent assessment.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by articulating and implementing the company service model.
• Oversee district operational activities, including inventory management, merchandising, and policy compliance.
• Analyze financial reports and market trends to optimize store performance and minimize shrink.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in business, management, or merchandising.
• Specialty retail or trade knowledge.
• Expertise in inventory management strategies and merchandising techniques.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively and frequently, including overnights and weekends.
• Ability to relocate if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for the beauty industry and its products.
• Proven ability to build collaborative organizational relationships.
• Experience in quantitative financial analysis and business acumen.
