About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and manage expenses across a designated district of approximately 10 stores.
- Lead and develop Store Managers through coaching, recruitment, and talent management strategies.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by embodying and articulating the company's service model.
- Monitor controllable expenses and analyze financial reports to maintain profitability and minimize shrink.
- Oversee district operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and high standards of in-store presentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in business, management, or merchandising.
- Specialty retail or trade knowledge.
- Expertise in inventory management strategies and merchandising techniques.
- Ability to travel extensively and frequently, including overnights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Ability to relocate if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong quantitative acumen and experience with financial reporting.
- Proven ability to recognize and analyze market trends.
