About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the area in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures to maximize sales, customer service, and profit
- Ensure correct implementation of Employee and Customer Safety standards
- Investigate serious incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions
- Provide appropriate training and resources for safety compliance
- Maximize sales and profit through operational excellence and marketing implementation
- Identify and implement sales growth opportunities and monitor competitive activities
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Driver's License required
- Availability to work weekends and nights as required by the business
- Strong financial acumen, leadership, and planning skills
- Experience managing multiple stores
Preferred Qualifications
