Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated area of 5-10 company-owned restaurants in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Direct employee activities to maximize sales, customer service, operating standards, and profit
• Ensure correct implementation of employee and customer safety standards through monitoring and enforcement
• Investigate serious incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions to the General Manager
• Maximize sales and profit through operational excellence and effective marketing promotion implementation
• Identify and implement sales growth opportunities and coordinate price changes

Requirements

• Advanced diploma or bachelor's degree
• 4 to 6 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment
• Proven experience managing multiple stores
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
• Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
• Availability to work weekends and nights as required by the business
