Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans to stimulate sales and achieve KPIs in the Zeeuws Brabant region
• Translate abstract plans into actionable steps for a cluster of 12-14 stores
• Design financial, operational, and staffing strategies for the area
• Coach and develop shop managers and retail teams to build individual competencies
• Drive brand experience by creating ambassadors among customers and staff
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and refine KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5–7 years of relevant experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or similar role
• Proven experience coaching managers within the Retail or Hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and people management skills
• Ability to perform financial analyses and interpret data reports
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Residence in the South of the Netherlands is preferred due to travel requirements
