Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly plan attainment including throughput, schedule attainment, and rework hours
• Run start-of-shift and end-of-shift routines to ensure team alignment on priorities
• Coordinate labor, materials, and readiness to protect production flow
• Own safety performance, including hazard escalation, audits, and incident response
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, standard work, and quality gates
• Lead, coach, and develop team leads and operators while driving accountability
• Partner with Ops Engineering to identify and execute continuous improvement projects
• Manage the area "scoreboard" tracking targets vs actuals, downtime, and quality escapes

Requirements

• 3–7+ years leading teams in a fast-paced operations environment
• Proven track record of hitting output targets while maintaining safety and quality
• Strong people leadership skills including coaching and conflict management
• Data-oriented mindset with ability to drive actions based on metrics
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure
• Clear communication skills for escalating issues with context and options
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, TWI, or continuous improvement systems (5S, Kaizen)
• Experience building training and certification programs
• Familiarity with tech-enabled operations and digital dashboards
• Construction or building experience (prefab, modular, wood framing, or MEP)
