Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute plans to cover operational business needs to ensure Development Managers and agents meet established KPIs
• Conduct induction processes (Shadowing) for Development Managers to ensure understanding of business operations
• Plan and implement risk mitigation measures in coordination with the Security area
• Supervise branch managers and agents to ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, and current legislation
• Monitor performance parameters and implement support actions such as shock groups and field visits to achieve goals

• Experience working towards objectives
• Basic experience in recruitment
• Experience in direct sales
• Basic experience in training
• Experience in collections
• Experience in people management (managerial roles)
