Area Manager, Production

Responsibilities

• Communicate respectfully with employees and leads while providing coaching and development to hourly associates
• Report production information and updates to managers throughout the shift
• Resolve employee issues through appropriate problem resolution
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results
• Manage departmental performance measures and provide regular progress reports
• Attend to other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or related work experience
• Ability to lead, train, and develop large groups of employees
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Computer literacy for data input
• Ability to work in cool or cold environments (10º - 40º)
• Ability to work Friday to Monday, 3:00PM to 2:00AM

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
