Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic leadership for the North-West area, managing approximately 12 direct reports and a total team of around 90 employees.
• Drive strategic development of the area, including market performance, brand presence, commercial execution, forecasting, and KPI management.
• Build and maintain long-term networks with retail partners, regional stakeholders, and key market influencers.
• Utilize data-driven analysis to optimize market opportunities, sales drivers, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with HQ teams on tactical and strategic initiatives to support regional growth and transformation.

Requirements

• University degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
• Proven, successful leadership experience within a Sales or Commercial environment.
• Deep understanding of brand management, consumer needs, and market mechanics.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Valid driver's license and a high willingness to travel.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on mentality and result-oriented mindset.
