About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Drive employee adoption for healthcare programs within signed corporate clients
- Deliver results across OPD, AHC, and EAP product categories
- Identify and realize new business opportunities and segments
- Build and manage relationships with partners such as Insurance Brokers and TPAs to scale business
- Ensure high-quality customer experience within engaged corporates
- Maintain accountability for P&L at the customer level
