We are a highly successful outdoor retailer who offer quality outdoor clothing and equipment at the lowest prices since 1997. We now have over 400 stores and more than 3000 employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage approximately 12 stores across Central New Zealand
- Maximise store sales and profitability
- Focus on operational and customer service standards
- Build and develop strong teams through motivational leadership
- Support store performance and overall customer experience
- Report to the Senior Area Manager
