Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and their origination teams across a multi-state region
• Establish clear performance expectations, production goals, and accountability standards
• Drive mortgage loan origination volume to meet or exceed regional and corporate goals
• Identify and execute market expansion opportunities within assigned states
• Ensure all branches operate in full compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Secondary Marketing to streamline processes
• Monitor pipeline quality, pull-through rates, and loan performance metrics
• Provide regular reporting on production results and market conditions to the SVP of Mortgage Production

Requirements

• 7+ years of mortgage lending experience
• 3+ years in a leadership or multi-branch management role
• Proven track record of driving production growth across multiple markets
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate distributed teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
