LenDenClub is India's largest Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending platform, owned and operated by Innofin Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an RBI-registered (NBFC-P2P). It connects lenders looking for high interest rates with creditworthy borrowers seeking short-term loans.
Responsibilities
- Recruit channel partners
- Provide training for Business Development
- Prepare business plans and strategies to develop channel partner business
- Plan activities with channel partners to increase productivity
- Accompany IFA on HNI/UHNI client meetings
- Address and spread awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets
- Solve distributor queries
- Own and deliver organizational targets on time
- Follow internal sales processes and comply with company rules and industry norms
Requirements
- Business Development and Channel management skills
- People oriented and outgoing personality
- Good understanding of Mutual fund distribution and industry workings
- Eagerness to work with a start-up
- Strong problem-solving skills
