Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profit growth of Nalco Water programs and services
• Take a consultative sales approach with strong account leadership
• Build long-term relationships with a large customer base
• Execute system assurance programs and sell new technologies
• Manage customer relationships and sales planning
• Provide technical support and problem resolution
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Manage inventory, equipment, and reporting
• Mentor and coach team members

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the field
• Saudi nationality
• Experience in operational performance management
• Proven track record in sales target achievement
• Budget management skills
• Performance data analysis capabilities
• Logistics and staffing coordination experience
• Strong leadership and problem resolution skills
