Area Manager I, Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic operations in receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage, and logistics
• Direct activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates and leads
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures
• Manage warehouse functions to ensure high productivity and technical integrity
• Perform internal audits and implement new processes and procedures
• Interact with procurement to ensure adequate supply of inventory and ingredients
• Address nonconformities and follow up on preventive and corrective action requests
• Provide employees with necessary tools, training, and corrective direction

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or related management work experience
• At least 5 years of warehouse work experience
• Demonstrated track record as a supervisor
• Computer literacy for data input
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
