Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in organizing and directing warehouse operations and optimizing fulfillment flow
• Oversee order processing, picking, packing, inventory tracking, quality control, and shipping preparation
• Manage daily operations across a shift, including monitoring performance metrics and attendance
• Collaborate with departmental managers and pharmacy staff to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Support a safety-first environment and participate in cross-departmental training and support
• Troubleshoot and investigate errors or nonconformance to maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure all new team members are properly trained and supported

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree or higher preferred)
• 4-6 years of previous leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong prioritization and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work the Wednesday - Saturday shift (6:30am-5:30pm)
