Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple early education centres within the Sydney and Lower Central Coast region
• Lead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their respective teams
• Ensure strict compliance with all early childhood education regulations, policies, and procedures
• Drive operational performance, quality of care, and staff engagement across your assigned centres
• Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, team members, and the wider community

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role (such as Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or Operations Manager)
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education and care regulations
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop others
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to balance compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety
• A valid working with children check (or willingness to obtain one upon commencement)
