Area Manager for Fleet Customers

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent acquisition activities to develop the customer portfolio and increase sales levels
• Adjust commercial offers and negotiate terms of cooperation with fleet customers
• Work in the field to manage relationships with both external and internal clients
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including obtaining necessary documentation and financial collateral
• Monitor the market and competition to ensure the attractiveness of company offers
• Report weekly on acquisition activities and customer losses
• Monitor sales volumes and margin levels within the assigned area against budgeted values

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• Valid driving license (category B) with at least 5 years of driving experience
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and build lasting professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the fuel industry
• Experience or familiarity with the TSL (Transport, Shipping, and Logistics) market
