About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct independent acquisition activities to develop the customer portfolio and increase sales levels
- Adjust commercial offers and negotiate terms of cooperation with fleet customers
- Work in the field to manage relationships with both external and internal clients
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including obtaining necessary documentation and financial collateral
- Monitor the market and competition to ensure the attractiveness of company offers
- Report weekly on acquisition activities and customer losses
- Monitor sales volumes and margin levels within the assigned area against budgeted values
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Valid driving license (category B) with at least 5 years of driving experience
- English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and build lasting professional relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the fuel industry
- Experience or familiarity with the TSL (Transport, Shipping, and Logistics) market
