Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of various departments within the dark store, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Ensure operational goals, targets, and service level agreements are met or exceeded
- Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and manage staffing needs
- Analyze operational processes to identify and implement efficiency and productivity improvements
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess department performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of managerial experience leading multiple dark stores or in e-commerce/grocery retail operations
- Solid understanding of dark store processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
