About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret service contracts and tender documents
- Prepare and maintain budgets, invoicing schedules, and variation registers
- Monitor expenditure and report on financial performance
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met
- Support the tender process, pricing, and analysis of new contracts
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and WHS standards
- Promote adherence to quality, safety, and environmental systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in contract administration, facilities management, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Contract Management, or a related discipline
