About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret service contracts and tender documents
  • Prepare and maintain budgets, invoicing schedules, and variation registers
  • Monitor expenditure and report on financial performance
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met
  • Support the tender process, pricing, and analysis of new contracts
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and WHS standards
  • Promote adherence to quality, safety, and environmental systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in contract administration, facilities management, or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Contract Management, or a related discipline
