Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store build-outs and work with Store Managers to launch US retail locations
• Prepare for and support multiple U.S. store openings
• Collaborate with the Australian retail team to adapt existing processes for the US market
• Coach and develop store teams to establish high operational standards
• Develop and document the operational playbook for US retail stores
• Own in-store performance by monitoring KPIs, customer experience, and weekly rhythms
• Provide weekly updates to retail leadership on operational insights and performance

Requirements

• 3-5 years in multi-site or store leadership with accountability for sales and teams
• Proven track record of leading and developing frontline managers
• Ability to analyze retail performance numbers and drive improvements
• Strong attention to operational detail including rosters, stock, and visual standards
• Experience building or documenting repeatable operational processes
• Ability to work with at least 2 hours of overlap with the Melbourne office
• Willingness to travel monthly for site visits, construction, and store openings
