Responsibilities

• Plan and develop overall sales and marketing strategy to deliver company objectives
• Explore regional markets to identify new business opportunities and sales channels
• Meet sales goals for responsible stores and analyze sales reports to determine business needs
• Support the development of associates' sales techniques and demonstrate sales leadership on the floor
• Manage special events including collection previews and client events
• Search for appropriate locations for new retail shops in Australia
• Ensure facility maintenance, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention compliance
• Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and visual standards
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while evaluating performance and resolving HR issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience
• 3 years in a senior retail management role
• Strong business acumen and awareness of market trends
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail
• Proven track record in P&L analysis and strategic planning
