Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Point/Branch Offices to ensure all Area KPIs are achieved
• Ensure portfolio quality and quantity grow according to Amartha's goals
• Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance following SOPs
• Manage branch strategies, processes, and operations within the assigned area
• Ensure complete and orderly branch office administration
• Maintain branch operations by ensuring licensing, infrastructure, and inventory are met
• Enforce strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
• Manage human resources through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management
• Execute expansion plans as set by Amartha
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading at least 2 branches
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
• Willingness to travel throughout the Wonogiri area
• High discipline, integrity, and transparency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with a high willingness to learn
• Adaptable and target-oriented
• Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
